President and Chief Executive Officer
Raj Singh brings over 25 years of international business experience to Wavesat. Mr. Singh joins Wavesat from MoSys (Nasdaq: MOSY), a provider of high-density system-on-chip (SoC) embedded memory solutions, where he was VP of Marketing and Business Development. Prior to that, he was Executive VP Worldwide Sales of Virage Logic (Nasdaq: VIRL) for 3 years and led the company to significant revenue growth during his tenure. Before joining Virage Logic, Mr. Singh was a founder, Executive VP and General Manager at 3Dlabs until its acquisition by Creative Technology (Nasdaq:CREAF) in 2002. He also played a major role in its IPO and acquisitions of Dynamic Pictures and Intense3D. Mr. Singh also spent five years with Dupont (NYSE: DD), where he was a business manager and VP of the company's Pixel operation.

| Vijay Dube
Executive Vice President of Marketing and COO
Vijay Dube brings over 20 years of strategic experience to Wavesat. Mr. Dube was previously VP Marketing and Business Development for Atsana Corp., an Ottawa-based fabless semiconductor company. Prior to that, he co-founded Dipix Technologies where he was VP of Sales & Marketing. He also worked as Chief of Operations for a business unit at Coreco Imaging, driving strategic product and business development. Mr. Dube has extensive experience in marketing, sales, business development and product management in wireless, semiconductors and digital imaging. Previously a co-founder of two companies of his own, Mr. Dube holds a B.Sc. in Systems Design Engineering from the University of Waterloo. |
| Jonathan Labs
Vice President, Core Technology and CTO
Jonathan Labs has been with Wavesat since 1997 and has been the key leader in the development of Wavesat’s OFDM/DSP technology and core IP. Dr. Labs served as Chief Scientist between 2003 and 2008, leading all PHY algorithm development for Wavesat’s silicon solutions. Dr. Labs has also been an active member of the IEEE 802.16 Working Group since July, 2001, and was appointed as the Chair of the 802.16 Maintenance Task Group since December, 2004. This Group oversees the development of the 802.16 corrigenda and revision projects. Dr. Labs received his Bachelor of Arts in Physics from Cornell University in Ithaca, New York, in 1986 and his Doctor of Philosophy in Physics from Stanford University in Stanford, California in 1992. |

Vice President Engineering
Victor Menasce is a 21 year industry veteran and brings extensive experience in wireless, processing, telecom and semiconductors. Prior to joining Wavesat, Victor was Chief Technical Officer with Applied Micro Circuits Corporation. He has also held senior positions with Somerset Technologies, Tundra Semiconductor and Nortel Networks. Victor is an Electrical Engineering graduate of Dalhousie University. |
| Mark Netto
Vice President, Finance
Mark Netto has been with Wavesat for over five years and has overall responsibility for the financial control and administration within Wavesat. Prior to joining us, Mark served as Corporate Accountant at Kaufel Group, a public company that was listed on the TSE. Mark began his career at KPMG in Montreal, where he worked closely with a number of technology companies. Mark is a Certified General Accountant and holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Concordia University.
