Wavesat Appoints New Executives to Support Growth |

Dorval, Canada – November 12, 2007 – Wavesat, a leading supplier and developer of WiMAX™ Fixed and Mobile semiconductor solutions announced today that it has strengthened its management team with the appointment of John Kumhyr as Vice President of Global Sales and Alex Suter as Vice President of Business Development. These nominations will allow the company to continue its strong growth in its international markets. John joins Wavesat to head up global sales, bringing with him over 20 years of international sales and marketing experience. Prior to Wavesat, John held senior Sales, Marketing and Business Development positions with industry leaders including AMCC, Infineon/Siemens Semiconductor and Gennum. Alex Suter has been with Wavesat since 2006, and has contributed significantly to the growth of the company’s business in the international markets. He brings over 25 years of experience in Business Management and Sales with companies such as Mediatrix Telecom, Harris and IBM. |

Bangalore, India – November 20, 2007 – Sloka Telecom, an Indian wireless infrastructure company announced that their WiMAX base stations and network solutions are deployed by Supernet Technologies (an RT Networx Company) in the town of Saint Medard en Jalles of France. The trials were successful and the deployment starts in December 2007. Sloka Telecom’s WiMAX equipment is powered by Wavesat’s chipset. |
