Evolutive™ WiMAX Mini-PCI Evaluation Kit
The EvolutiveTM Mini-PCI Evaluation Kit is a tool kit intended to serve as a evaluation and development platform to guide and support efforts in designing both 3.3 to 3.8 GHz and 5.8 GHz WiMAX compliant wireless systems using the DM256 and the NP7256 integrated circuits. The device implements the IEEE 802.16-2004 WirelessMAN-OFDM™ PHY and IEEE 802.16-2004 WirelessHUMAN-OFDM™ as well as the ETSI HIPERMAN™ PHY layer protocols.
This Evaluation Kit contains a Base Station Emulator platform and a Mini-PCI module based Subscriber Station which provides a complete plug-and-play solution for the lower layer air interface and time critical low-level MAC functionality. This Evaluation Kit facilitates the system design by reducing development efforts.
